Terms of Sale
Effective April 2, 2026
1. General
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products through the SURDAM online store, operated by SSG LLC. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. For terms governing general website usage, please refer to our Terms of Use.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be displayed in local currency equivalents at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Prices may be displayed in local currency for reference but are charged in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing or discounts are valid only during the specified promotional period and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement by contacting our client services team. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. Reserved and pre-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins upon order placement.
5. Shipping
Complimentary US shipping is available on orders over $100. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days for US orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
7. International Orders
International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. SURDAM is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
SURDAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
9. Relationship to Terms of Use
These Terms of Sale are supplemented by our Terms of Use, which govern your general use of the SURDAM website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use, the provisions of these Terms of Sale shall prevail with respect to the purchase of products.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
